Submission and Operating of Sealed Bids for Forwarding Services
for the 11 August 2008 ARMM Elections
This is in connection to Minute Resolution No. 08-0775 dated 18 July 2008 as regards the conduct of a “limited source bidding” for purposes of engaging forwarders in the movement of ballot boxes, COMELEC election forms and supplies to the ARMM.
For interested and eligible bidders, please be advised that the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) fixes a uniform Bidder’s Bond of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) to be submitted simultaneous with your respective tenders and other mandatory documentary requirements as enumerated in the CHECKLIST distributed during yesterday’s conference, 24 July 2008.
