In view of exigent requirements of our Committee on Printing relative the printing of Official Ballots for the August 11, 2008 ARMM Elections, please be advised of the Opening of Sealed Bids from known and eligible suppliers in the market for the supply and delivery of above described item on Monday, July 28, 2008, 10A.M. COMELEC Session Hall, 8/F Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila to be conducted by Members of the BAC, BAC-TWG, and in the presence of representatives from the Offices of the Honorable Chairman and Commissioners, Internal Audit and the executive Director, and invited observers from office of the Resident Auditor (COA), the Resident Ombudsman, Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
Request for Price Quotation is available at the BAC Secretariat, Property Division, ASD, Ground Floor, Shipping Centre Bldg., Andres Soriano Blvd., Intramuros, Manila.
Deadline of submission of Price Quotation to the BAC Secretariat, shall be immediately prior the time set for the opening of sealed bids, on said date and venue.
