The Commission on Elections today hailed the decision of the Supreme Court upholding the poll body’s procurement of Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) Machines for the May 13, 2013 National and Local Elections.

The High Court voted 11-3 in favor of the COMELEC, SC Spokesperson Gleo Guerra announced this afternoon.
